Mobile manipulation robot entering the P.AI Games technical inspection tunnel
APPLICANT GRID // INTAKE OPEN

The P.AI Games turns robotics progress into comparable evidence. On May 18–19, 2027 in Tel Aviv, selected teams will run seven physical tasks under one clock, one rulebook and one public scoring system. Bring the platform you built—or the third-party platform you transformed through perception, controls, manipulation and field engineering.

Why enter // Public proof

A result people can compare.

A polished demo proves that something worked once. A competition result shows how it worked against an unknown layout, a fixed clock and the same constraints faced by every other team. That record gives researchers, recruits, investors and future partners something precise to discuss—not a claim, but a measured run.

ELIGIBILITY 01

Research teams

University labs, institutes and applied research groups can bring work out of controlled demonstrations and onto a common public benchmark.

ELIGIBILITY 02

Mixed consortia

The software, controls, integration and operations team may come from different organisations. You do not need to be the robot manufacturer.

ELIGIBILITY 03

Builders of every scale

Startups, established robotics companies, corporate R&D groups and independent teams are reviewed on readiness—not company size.

Platform eligibility // Function over silhouette

It does not have to be humanoid.

A humanoid can enter. So can an articulated arm mounted on an AMR, a wheeled dual-arm platform, a quadruped with a manipulator, or another safe configuration suited to the tasks. We score performance, care, speed and control—not resemblance to a person.

Teleoperation is allowed.

Teams may run autonomously, through supervised teleoperation, or in a declared hybrid mode. Teleoperated assistance receives a deduction from the final score so autonomy is rewarded without excluding credible systems from the first championship. Every operator input must be logged; undisclosed assistance is a rules violation.

Selection // What we look for

Ready beats famous.

The strongest application makes it easy to understand what the team can run safely by May 2027. We are not selecting by brand recognition or robot shape.

01

A credible machine and an evidence-backed plan for at least three competitions

02

A safe control architecture, working emergency stop and realistic recovery procedure

03

A team capable of operating, repairing and documenting the platform during race week
