RUNNING ORDER // ARENA 01
This is the planned running order for the world championship of physical AI — from the closed scrutineering day on May 17 to the Grand Finals and podium awards on May 19. All times are local arena time (UTC+3). On both competition days the arena floor opens in the morning for teams to arrive and prepare, while spectator gates open at 14:00: the opening show and the first heats follow right away, and live competition runs into the evening, so you can arrive any time between 14:00 and 19:00 and still catch the action. The calendar, session times and running order are subject to change at the organizer's full discretion.

Day 1 — Semi-finals
Semi-final day for all ten arenas. The competition floor opens in the morning for teams to arrive and prepare, while spectator gates open at 14:00 — the opening show and the first heats follow right away, and live competition runs into the evening, so everyone can arrive after school or work. Up to 12 teams per arena run the baseline course; the top 4 to 6 in each advance to Wednesday's Grand Finals.

Parc fermé release: teams collect their machines, run pre-race diagnostics and join the technical queue in running order. The arena floor is closed to the public all morning for team preparation.

Day 2 — Grand Finals
Grand Finals day: 4 to 6 finalists per arena, harder conditions, ten world titles decided, then the podium awards and the closing ceremony. The floor opens in the morning for the finalist teams to prepare; spectator gates open at 14:00 and the evening runs through the podium awards and the closing ceremony.

The venue plan places ten competition cells behind protective transparent walls, with 360° displays designed to show grip force, joint temperature, SLAM path confidence, and millisecond timing. Step-free access, wheelchair seating, a quiet room, and family rest areas are included in the plan.

Venue
Expo Tel Aviv, Pavilion 2, Rokach Boulevard 101, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel. The championship layout is designed around one live arena, ten sealed competition cells, a robotics exhibition hall and a sponsor pavilion.
Getting there
Use Tel Aviv University rail station for the fastest public route, with event shuttles to Gate C. Ben Gurion International Airport connects by rail, and ride-share drop-off is separated from freight and accessible arrival lanes.
What standard admission includes
The early-bird US$89 standard-admission pass is 55% off the US$199 standard price and covers both competition days: all ten world titles, open grandstand seating, paddock viewing windows and ceremonies. It is not VIP admission. No payment is taken today.
Teams, sponsors & freight
Garage handover is planned to open May 15. Team crates use the logistics gate; sponsors use the accreditation desk beside the pavilion. The technical plan allocates each team a 40 m² ESD-safe bay, 3-phase power, and an isolated connection designed for up to 100 Gbps telemetry.
