1. Intellectual property

Trademark notice

P.AI Games and related logos are trademarks of The P.AI Games. Use requires written permission.

Website materials

Unless otherwise stated, the text, graphics, competition materials and downloadable documents on this website may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission. This notice does not claim exclusive rights in generic industry terminology.

2. Tickets and admission

Ticket terms

The waiting list does not take payment and does not guarantee a particular seat. Purchase terms, refund eligibility and any transfer process will be shown clearly before payment when ticket sales open.

Event changes

Schedules, participating teams, competition formats and venue operations may change for safety, operational or other reasonable grounds. If a paid session is materially changed, postponed or cancelled, the applicable options will be communicated to ticket holders.

Venue conduct

Guests must follow venue instructions and must not enter restricted areas, interfere with communications or competition systems, or behave in a dangerous or disruptive way. Admission may be withdrawn where reasonably necessary to protect people, equipment or the event.

3. Competitor & Constructor Protocols

3.1 Declared teleoperation

Declared teleoperation is permitted under the Adaptive Standard. Each active human intervention during a competition run adds a single 60-second time penalty. Teams must declare their control mode accurately. Undeclared assistance may lead to review, a penalty or disqualification under the published competition rules.

3.2 Team intellectual property and event media

Teams retain ownership of their robot technology, model weights, software, designs and confidential know-how. Event participation permits The P.AI Games to record and use competition footage, public-facing telemetry and results for scoring, safety review, event reporting and promotion. Separate written terms will apply to any confidential technical material.

3.3 Rules and committee updates

The technical committee may revise competition rules, schedules or safety requirements. Registered teams will be notified through official bulletins before a change takes effect and will receive a reasonable explanation of material changes.

4. Safety and responsibility

4.1 Safety measures

Robotics events involve moving machinery, stored energy, noise, lighting effects and other physical risks. The event is designed to use controlled competition cells, safety inspections, emergency-stop requirements and trained personnel. Guests and teams must follow all posted and verbal safety instructions.

4.2 Responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, each participant is responsible for their own equipment, conduct and compliance with the published rules, and guests are responsible for following venue instructions.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. The parties should first try to resolve any concern in good faith. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
