Use Tel Aviv University rail station, then walk or take the event shuttle to Gate C. Shuttle frequency increases before doors open and after the final podium each night.
Ben Gurion International Airport connects by rail to Tel Aviv University with one central transfer. Plan 35–45 minutes door to gate during event hours.
The signed drop-off loop is at Rokach Boulevard Gate C. Drivers leave through the eastern exit so pedestrians and robots freight lanes stay separated.
Team crates use the logistics gate only. Freight marshals validate documents before equipment moves to the 40m² team garages.

Spectators move through a high-capacity public flow, teams move through a controlled logistics lane, and partners receive a dedicated pavilion for demos, meetings and hospitality without interrupting the competition floor.

A dedicated brand zone for partner demos, product reveals, compute showcases, robotics recruiting, and executive meetings beside the main fan flow.
Suites overlook the sealed competition cells with private briefings, food service, trophy access and CTO/founder roundtables across both days.
